4. How Long We Store Your Data

• Voice Recordings: Processed in real-time and stored for up to 30 days for quality assurance, then automatically deleted unless you request earlier deletion
• Conversation Transcripts: Stored indefinitely as part of your journey history unless you request deletion
• Journal and Spiritual Data: Retained until you delete your account or request removal
• Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for 12 months after closure for legal/tax purposes
• Analytics Data: Aggregated/anonymized data retained indefinitely for business insights
