Welcome to Soul's Reflection. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, voice-to-voice AI companion, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

4. Services Description

Soul's Reflection offers spiritual wellness services including:

• Voice-to-Voice AI Companion: Conversational AI powered by OpenAI and ElevenLabs for spiritual guidance and reflection
• Sacred Journeys: Guided healing journeys with meditation, breathwork, and sound frequencies
• Astrology Readings (StarPath): Personalized cosmic insights and celestial guidance
• Dream Portal: Dream interpretation and symbolic analysis with AI-generated imagery
• Reflective Tools: Journaling, mood tracking, gratitude mapping, synchronicity logging
• Affirmations: Daily spiritual affirmations with PDF downloads and voice synthesis

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: Our Services utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to generate responses, interpretations, and content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• AI-generated content is for entertainment, reflection, and spiritual exploration purposes only
• AI responses do not constitute professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, or legal)
• You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for important life decisions
• We are not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content
• AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected, inappropriate, or offensive content despite our safeguards

6. Not a Substitute for Professional Services

Soul's Reflection is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Our Services are designed for spiritual wellness, self-reflection, and personal growth. They are not intended to:

• Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Provide mental health therapy or counseling
• Replace professional psychological or psychiatric care
• Offer medical, legal, or financial advice

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Pricing

We offer both free and paid features. Pricing for paid Services (journeys, StarPath readings, Dream Portal credits, Mirror subscriptions) is displayed on our website and may change with advance notice to existing subscribers.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the Services you purchase. You represent that you have the right to use any payment method provided.

Subscriptions

Some Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the then-current subscription price
• You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
• Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current period
• You retain access through the end of your paid period after cancellation

Refund Policy

Digital services are generally non-refundable once accessed. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased services
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Services not delivered as described

To request a refund, contact support@soulsreflection.com within 14 days of purchase with a detailed explanation.

8. User-Generated Content

You may submit, upload, or create content through our Services, including:

• Journal entries, mood logs, gratitude notes, synchronicity observations
• Dream descriptions and interpretations
• Voice recordings and text inputs to the AI companion
• Feedback, reviews, and testimonials

Your Responsibilities

You agree NOT to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Violates intellectual property rights of others
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Contains explicit sexual content or child exploitation material

License to Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. However, by submitting content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purposes of providing and improving our Services. We will not share your personal content publicly without your explicit consent.

9. Voice Data and Recording

When you use voice features:

• Your voice recordings are transmitted securely to OpenAI and ElevenLabs for processing
• Voice data is transcribed to text and used to generate AI responses
• Recordings are stored for up to 30 days for quality assurance, then deleted
• You can request immediate deletion by contacting support
• We do not sell voice data to third parties

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Soul's Reflection, its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Services for commercial purposes without permission

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative behavior
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Impersonate Soul's Reflection staff or representatives
• Use the Services to promote competing services

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That defects will be corrected
• That content or AI responses will be accurate, complete, or reliable

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your expectations or that results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOUL'S REFLECTION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Loss of or damage to property
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability, or $100, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul's Reflection, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please first contact us at support@soulsreflection.com to attempt to resolve it informally. We're committed to working with you to reach a fair resolution.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 60 days, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Wyoming, USA, or remotely via video conference.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

Exceptions

Either party may seek equitable relief (injunctions) in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Services.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding (other than arbitration) shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Behavior that harms other users or our reputation
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@soulsreflection.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date and, for registered users, via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soul's Reflection regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
